Overview

By placing an order with Splesh, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing on our website are accurate. However, errors and omissions may occasionally occur. If a product listing contains a material error, we reserve the right to correct the listing and will inform you before processing your order. You may cancel and receive a full refund if you relied upon the error.

Orders

Submitting a completed order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where stock is unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, or payment cannot be verified.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Goods remain the property of Splesh until payment has been received in full.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed before noon UK time on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details are available in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions and design is the property of Splesh or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
